    3 Days: Essential Seville

The capital of Spain’s Andalusia region, Seville offers glimpses of its expansive history through Roman, Moorish and Spanish architecture. Here is a sample journey we can create for you.

    • Day 1: Plaza de Toros & Triana

Tour some of the city’s main sites, including the Cathedral and the Plaza de Toros before a leisurely midday meal. Wander through the Triana neighborhood to shop for local ceramics, and top off your night with classic Spanish tapas. Interested travelers can also take in a bullfight if visiting during the spring season.

    • Day 2: Alcazar & Flamenco

Explore the lavish Alcazar complex and marvel at the marriage of Moorish and European designs. After lunch, stroll the Plaza de Espana with its mansions-turned-museums. End your day with a traditional flamenco performance, or contact Indagare to arrange a private flamenco dance lesson or attend an underground performance.

    • Day 3: Shopping & Tour Options

Indagare can arrange exciting excursions, whether it is horseback riding in the Andalusian countryside, a specialized tour of the city’s best tapas bars, a trip to nearby wine and sherry vineyards or a private cooking class. Save some time at the end of your day to shop along the main avenues of Calle Ruiz and Calle Sierpes or stroll through the cobblestoned streets of Old Town for a romantic last evening.

“This is what makes the south of Spain so fantastic: every turn down a calle, stop-off in a remote mountain town or countryside hacienda and meal next to a local leads to an interaction, suggestion or invitation that both deepens and broadens your experience.” Read the article.
