fez tannerie morocco

Fez

Often overlooked for its more flashy sibling Marrakech, Morocco’s northern city of Fez provides a purer version of the country for those interested in exploring its historic medina and UNESCO World Heritage Site. It’s also still considered the country’s cultural and spiritual center.

Indagare's Hannah Small
“Fez is the true insight into times past of Morocco, where rules inside the medina have stayed the same for centuries. Donkeys pull carts of goods through tiny alleyways, beautiful riads are hidden behind inconspicuous doors, and you can feel the history seeping through the clay walls.”
